Fundraising Home for the Family of Tim and Rallene Corbett

Welcome Family and Friends

The purpose of this web site is to inform and give updates on the progress of Tim and Rallene Corbett of White Plains, Maryland who suffered an unfortunate turn of events in their lives. It is also a fundraiser sponsored by their family to assist them during this difficult time.

Rallene was in a near fatal car accident in March 2007.  After spending three weeks in intensive care, in and out of consciousness, and additional weeks in the hospital after that, she is still striving toward recuperation.  Her progress has been slow and she continues to need lots of medication, but  we continue to thank God for working a miracle in her life.

Tim & RalleneWhile Rallene has been recuperating Tim continued to work.  However, six months later while driving to work on Friday morning, September 7, he  was hit by a drunk driver.  He was medevaced to the hospital where he underwent surgery seven times due to a broken nose, two broken legs, a broken shoulder, broken hip, a shattered right ankle, a broken left arm, a sprained right hand, and a lacerated ear.  To help repair his broken bones he had to get metal screws and rods in his left arm, left hip, left thigh, both legs, and his right ankle.  He is now in a rehabilitation center.  Though his recuperation will take a long time, he is currently undergoing various types of therapies to help heal his body and to help him to be able to walk again.

These car crashes have also taken a toll on their young children, Khalis and Dymond.  Please keep them in your prayers. Tim is a jogger and is told he may not be able to run again or play basketball with his son. Tim's car damage

As you may imagine, these unfortunate events have also been financially traumatic.  In an effort to assist them during this time of need the family is having a fundraiser.  Click here for the details.

On November 10th a Fish Fry fundraiser was held to raise money to cover bills and expenses for the family. It was a great success and Tim and Rallene deeply thanks those who attended and sent donations.  Although the event has passed we invite your compassionate financial support.  Click here to donate.

Your assistance and support is needed and much appreciated. Also be sure to leave some encouraging words to the Family here.

Thank You, Love,

The Family of Tim and Rallene
